This Yamaha course develops your childs musical sensitivity and imagination through singing, storytelling, solfege, listening, keyboard and rhythm. these activities are designed to create a special time for parent and child to enjoy the magical world of music together.
45 week course 30 minutes per week Parent Attends
Age 4-5: Junior Music Course
Because the human ear is at it's best age at 4, this course captures the right time of a child's life for music study. Through hearing, singing, playing and creating, your child will develop musical sensitivity and enjoyment.
The Older beginer is highly motivated by the group setting, upbeat materials, and keyboards. Activities will include ear training, singing, repertoire, ensemble playing, keyboard harmony, sight reading, and theory.
3 year course 50 minutes per week Parents Encouraged to Attend

Upon Completion of Your Begining Course... Once your child completes their begining course, they will take Yamaha Surveys and Exams and will receive certificates and awards. Students enter the Worldwide Yamaha Grade Examination System once they begin Advanced Courses.
